Refunds & Returns
At Sit Stay Tees, we want you to love your new item(s)! If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the guidelines below before requesting a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns on apparel are hassle-free within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, clean, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Please include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Contact us first before sending anything back. We may ask for a picture of the item to confirm its condition.
- After 30 days, we’re happy to consider an exchange only.

Refunds
- To return your product, contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you include in your box to show your return was approved.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
If your refund seems delayed:
- Check with your bank or card provider (processing times can vary).
- Contact us at [your email here] if it’s still not showing.
Exchanges
- Picked the wrong size or color? Let us know within 30 days — you can exchange for the same item.
- We replace items that arrive damaged or defective at no extra cost.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return.
- If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
